This week, Mike sits down to have a one on one conversation with Evan Eckenrode, who is also known as the famous viral internet star Dwarf Mamba. You will find Eckenrode has had a unique journey to fame, first starting out making comedic Vines that mainly highlighted the challenges he faces with dwarfism.
Fast forward some years later, and Eckenrode has proven to be one of the Vine stars who survived the apps ending. Now, he maintains and adds comedic content to his Youtube and social media pages while also doing freelance work.
Here are a couple of quick facts about Eckenrode to know before tuning in to this week’s episode:
He was born in a small town in Maryland of only 3,000 people.
Eckenrode started making short videos in high school, and while they were only getting view counts of only 50-100 people, his friends and peers would come up to him telling how hilarious and entertaining they were.
When he first started on Vine, Eckenrode found himself collaborating with Logan Paul. To this day, he and Logan, and Jake Paul, too, are still best friends and work with each other regularly.
Themes on staying positive, being confident, and investing in yourself with prove to be the most significant takeaways this week. Grab some brews and get the squad to sit around for this one.
