Ya Neva Know: you know what I mean? is a lifestyle podcast hosted by musician Mike Stud. It is a show about the meaning of life, the payoffs of positive thinking, and the ability to be able to stop and smell the roses. This week, Marcus Stroman joins us for the second time for our final episode of the year.
As far as mental, I don’t think I’d be able to pitch at his point in my career, like how I pitched in 2014. I was very high energy in 2014 right every pitch I was like I’m Randall this guy like yeah go, you know. Now I’m so calm and relaxed on every single pitch, and I have the ability to go to that point when I need to, but it took me the ability to be able to know how to calm my mind.

It’s been some time since Stro joined us in what was our first episode, so it was only fitting to get our day one homie to wrap up the last episode of 2019. There have been some changes since he and Mike sat down: Stro got traded to the New York Mets, Mike announced the final project of Mike Stud, and the ChugBud site went live just in time for the holidays.
Now, what sets this conversation apart from the last one is the two hit on mental health and growth. Topics range from work ethic, monetary success at a young age, self-motivation techniques, and meditation practices. Mike and Stro also give us some vintage stories from their Duke days and share us their go-to sources for staying locked in on life. Ever hear of the Seven Laws of Spiritual Success? (Deepak we’re waiting.) Or how about Mental Conditioning expert Trevor Moawad?
There is a lot to pull from Stro Pt. 2, so sit back and check it out before 2020 begins. You might find a New Years’ resolution from it, Steve.
